The staff was incredibly helpful during my stay, especially when we faced an emergency, ensuring we got to the hospital smoothly. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the pool view, which was serene and enhanced my relaxation time after a long day! The breakfast spread was a feast, with various dishes that catered to different tastes.

The newly renovated Executive Rooms feature updated facilities. The central location offers easy access to various points of interest around the city.

While the rooms are clean, issues such as the tightness of door 202 and lack of central heating were bothersome. The parking situation was poor. it often felt congested, requiring a valet to manage the car, which isn’t ideal for everyone. the dining experience left much to be desired, with some guests reporting food poisoning incidents and generally average taste at the buffet.
